The defining feature of this setup is the vertical offset introduced by the low rise platform: the pistol slide sits 50 mm below the top edge of the belt. That distance is enough to clear the hand during the draw, preventing snagging on a tactical vest or outer garment. The holster uses a thumb break — a retention strap the thumb releases during the grip — which holds the pistol securely even while running, but does not offer the same level of active retention as a Level II trigger-block design. This is the right choice when draw speed matters as much as passive security, not when maximum retention under a physical struggle is required.

The platform has slots compatible with belts up to 58 mm wide, such as the Wosport WRC belt. The quick-release system (QRS) consists of two interlocking half-buckles: removing the holster from the platform requires no tools and takes only a few seconds, useful when changing configurations or switching to a different holster for another pistol. QRS buckles are available separately to connect multiple platforms. The elastic thigh strap with plastic buckle keeps the assembly close to the leg during movement, reducing bounce.
