Waterproof rucksack cover designed for the Miltec ASSAULT II 36-litre pack, made from 100% polyester with a polyurethane coating. It covers the entire surface of the rucksack — up to 79x54 cm — keeping the contents dry during marches, field operations and outdoor trips.

The polyurethane coating makes the fabric waterproof without adding significant weight: the cover weighs just 85 grams, light enough to keep in your pack at all times without affecting load balance. In dry conditions it stays compact and takes up no useful space; when needed, it fits over the entire rucksack in seconds.

The limitations of this solution should be stated clearly: a rucksack cover protects against rain and splash, but it is not designed for submersion. In heavy rain or when wading through water, the contents stay dry; in the event of prolonged submersion, the perimeter stitching and elasticated openings do not offer the same seal as a dry bag.
