The shell is made from reinforced ABS polymer, which absorbs impact loads without permanent deformation. The internal wave foam — the classic mirrored-wave profile — provides distributed retention across the full surface of the replica without requiring custom cutting: this makes the case versatile and ready to use straight away, but it does mean the replica is not locked in place the way it would be with a form-fitted foam insert. Those who rotate between several airsoft guns will appreciate the flexibility; those who prefer a fixed, unchanging fit will be better served by a pick-and-pluck solution.

The closure system features 4 latches, each with a corresponding eyelet for padlocks, compatible with standard travel and competition formats.
