Strike Systems RDATS-01 Red Dot Sight with RIS Mount — Black

The RDATS-01 is a tubular red dot sight in Aimpoint T1/T2 style designed for airsoft, with an aircraft-grade aluminium body and an included RIS mount in two height options. The 3 MOA dot is adjustable across 11 brightness levels, covering the full range from dimly lit interiors to direct sunlight without needing to swap the reticle or make manual exposure adjustments.

Brightness is controlled via a side-mounted rotary dial: the adjustment remains accessible with the airsoft gun shouldered, without lowering the weapon. Eleven brightness levels exceed what many sights in the same price bracket offer, meaning the dot stays visible in harsh lighting without being overpowering in low light. The 3 MOA dot covers a target of approximately 87 mm at 100 metres — precise enough for medium-range shooting while avoiding target obscuration during the close-quarters engagements typical of milsim games.

The package includes both a low and a high Picatinny/RIS mount, allowing the RDATS-01 to be fitted to different platforms without purchasing additional components. The low mount suits airsoft guns where the barrel sits flush with the sight plane; the high mount works on platforms with raised iron sights or where a higher sight line is preferred. Nitrogen filling prevents lens fogging during abrupt temperature changes — a practical detail for outdoor sessions in humid conditions. Power comes from a standard CR2032 battery, easy to source anywhere.
