The SATAC MOLLE IFAK Pouch Small is a compact medical pouch designed to carry an individual first aid kit (IFAK) on a plate carrier, chest rig or any MOLLE/PALS system. Measuring 16x12x4 cm and weighing just 130 g, it integrates into even the most minimal setups without adding bulk.

CORUND™ 500D fabric delivers greater abrasion resistance than standard 600D nylon while remaining flexible enough to work with gloves on. The 2x3 MOLLE grid attachment — two columns by three rows — anchors the pouch firmly to the carrier panel with no lateral play, preventing it from shifting under load or during fast movement.

The Small configuration is sized for an essential IFAK: tourniquet, haemostatic gauze, Israeli bandage and decompression needle all fit without forcing, keeping a low profile that does not restrict movement. Those who need a more comprehensive kit should consider the larger size — this version prioritises quick access and compactness over capacity. Medical supplies are not included.
