SATAC Extended VELCRO Zipper Puller — Black

The SATAC Extended Zipper Puller is a tab made from CORUND™ 500D designed to replace or supplement the original zip pull on plate carriers, tactical vests and rucksacks. At 11.5 cm long and 2.5 cm wide, it offers a considerably larger gripping surface than standard pulls, allowing you to open the zip even when wearing winter gloves or full-finger tactical gloves.

The extended format is the key functional advantage here: a short pull forces you to pinch the zip between your fingers, which is difficult under stress or with gloves on. The 11.5 cm length lets you hook a whole finger through or pull with a hooked grip without losing hold. The 5 g weight is negligible even on loadouts already at the limit of operational carry weight.

Attachment is via VELCRO, making fitment fully reversible and compatible with any zip that has a ring or provision for an aftermarket pull. This is also the trade-off to bear in mind: VELCRO, unlike a sewn-on tab or a cord with a rigid hook, can collect debris and fluff over time, slightly reducing adhesion if not cleaned periodically.
