Viper Tactical First Aid Kit

The Viper Tactical First Aid Kit is a compact medical pouch designed to attach to any MOLLE platform and stay within reach throughout field use. Measuring 17 x 10 x 7 cm and built from 600D Cordura, it is small enough not to disrupt your loadout while still having enough room for the essentials needed for immediate intervention.

The lid opens via a velcro pull system that allows access quickly, even one-handed. Inside, a drawstring nylon inner sleeve groups and retains the contents even when the pouch is open or inverted, preventing items from scattering at the moment you need to act fast. This two-layer approach — fast outer lid and drawstring inner retention — balances opening speed and content security better than a single snap closure or a pouch with no internal retention.

The rear panel is equipped with MOLLE attachments compatible with standard PALS systems, so the pouch mounts directly onto a plate carrier, chest rig or belt without additional adapters. A rubber medical patch on the outside immediately identifies the pouch's function to anyone nearby — relevant in operational or training environments where the person responding may not be familiar with someone else's kit.
