Kicking Mustang VSR Rifle Wrap Camo Cover — Oakland

The Kicking Mustang VSR Rifle Wrap is a two-piece camo cover — stock and barrel — designed to reduce the visual signature of precision rifles built on the VSR platform in hunting, open-country shooting and professional field use. Total weight is 300 g, modest relative to the concealment benefit it provides.

The two-piece construction allows the stock and barrel to be covered independently, adapting to pressure points and contours that a one-piece sleeve cannot follow. The Oakland pattern is designed for woodland environments with dry and fallen leaf cover: warm tones with dark veining blend into autumn undergrowth and open ground with tall grass or sparse cover, where a monochromatic profile stands out far more than a broken pattern.

Stated compatibility covers the most widely used VSR-pitch models: Tokyo Marui VSR-10, Novritsch SSG10 and SSX10, WELL MB-03, CYMA CM.701, KJW M700, Tanaka Works M700, and variants with a similar profile. Anyone using a rifle whose geometry differs significantly from the VSR standard should verify compatibility before purchasing: the wrap is shaped, not universal, and a poor fit will compromise both the appearance and the stability of the wrap on the barrel.

Key features

• The two-piece construction separates stock and barrel coverage, following the rifle's geometry without creating unwanted bulges or pressure points.
• The Oakland pattern works in deciduous woodland and open ground with dry vegetation, where neutral monochromatic tones would be noticeably more visible.
• At 300 g, the wrap adds negligible mass to the rifle without affecting perceived balance when carrying or getting into position.
• VSR-standard compatibility covers the most commonly used platforms in open-country precision shooting and bolt-action hunting rifles of that family.
• Those fitting the wrap to rifles with non-standard VSR geometry should compare barrel and stock dimensions before purchasing: the shaping is not adjustable beyond a certain degree of variation.
