The Smart Gas blend contains a high quantity of silicone oil, which lubricates and protects the seals and internal mechanisms during every firing cycle, without requiring additional maintenance at each refill.

The canister pressure is calibrated to avoid stressing the valves of airsoft magazines, including those with more delicate seals. The plastic nozzle reduces the risk of damaging the fill pin during top-up: a detail that makes a difference on frequently used GBB magazines, where metal nozzles can scratch or deform the pins over time.

The Smart Gas formula maintains acceptable performance even at low temperatures, lubricating the internal mechanisms even when the gas would otherwise lose pressure. This is a practical advantage for outdoor sessions in cold weather, where a standard gas can leave the airsoft gun inconsistent even at moderate temperatures.
