ESS Crosshair 3 LS Ballistic Eyewear — 3-Lens Set

The Crosshair 3 LS is ESS's ballistic eye protection set designed for those who operate in changing light conditions and need to adapt without swapping eyewear throughout the day. The kit includes three interchangeable 2.4 mm polycarbonate lenses — clear, smoke grey and yellow — fitted to a single frame, covering the most common situations without carrying multiple cases.

The Tri-Tech Fit system adjusts the nose bridge and temple arms to accommodate different facial structures without manual modifications. In an operational or hunting context, this means the eyewear stays centred during shooting even with additional headgear, and can be passed to a second operator without fitting too loose or too tight. The trade-off is the same as any universal system: those with a very narrow or very wide face may want to verify fit before relying on it in the field.

The DedBolt Lens Lock system allows the lens to be removed and reinserted with a single motion, while maintaining a rigid lock when seated: there is no play that could affect optical alignment. ESSOPTICS technology ensures the lenses are free of detectable distortion, a real requirement for anyone who needs to acquire a target quickly or judge distances. Both lens surfaces receive anti-fog and scratch-resistant coatings. The lenses block 100% of UVA and UVB radiation. The set meets ANSI Z87.1+, CE EN 166 and MIL-PRF-31013 standards.
