The Covert Concealed Carry Shirt is a lightweight plaid shirt designed for those who carry a concealed firearm or equipment in urban and civilian environments. It looks like an ordinary casual shirt, with nothing to set it apart visually from everyday clothing.
The fastening system is what defines this garment: from the outside you see standard buttons, but these are decorative dummies. The shirt actually closes with snap buttons that open with a single firm pull, clearing access to the firearm, magazines, or anything else carried under the shirt in minimal time. The speed is genuine, but it takes some practice to calibrate the force needed without accidentally popping the shirt open during normal movement — that is the trade-off to weigh against a velcro or zip closure, which would be noisier or more recognisable.
