The Rip-off IFAK MOLLE is an individual first-aid pouch designed to be worn on any MOLLE/PALS-compatible system and detached in a single movement when there is no time for a two-handed operation. It weighs 185 g empty and attaches via a three-column, three-row MOLLE panel combined with a hook-and-loop base, allowing it to be moved quickly between a plate carrier, belt and rucksack without tools.

The rip-off system is the core of the design: when treating a casualty, the responder can detach the entire pouch from the wearer and take it wherever it is needed, rather than searching through someone else's kit. This speed advantage comes with a defined trade-off: the hook-and-loop base holds the weight of a fully loaded pouch and accidental releases are uncommon, but it does not offer the same axial retention as a MOLLE attachment stitched on all sides. Medical equipment and identification patches are not included: the pouch is delivered empty, ready to be set up with the operator's personal kit.
