SATAC Open-Top MOLLE Magazine Pouch for 3 M4/AR15 Magazines — Woodland

Open-top magazine pouch on MOLLE attachment for carrying three M4/AR15 magazines simultaneously, designed for operators and shooters who prioritise speed of access over mechanical retention. Measuring 16 cm tall, 24 cm wide and 2 cm deep and weighing 210 g, it integrates into any loadout without adding unnecessary bulk.

The open top is the design choice that defines how the pouch performs in use: magazines are drawn and reinserted in a single motion, with no retention devices to release or flaps to open, resulting in faster reloads under any conditions. The trade-off is that retention relies on friction and magazine profile; during large movements or inverted positions the contents are less secure than with a positive-retention design. For those working in fixed positions or on static platforms, the speed advantage far outweighs the compromise; anyone expecting climbing, rolling or unconventional positions should consider adding elastic retention or opting for a different design.

The rear MOLLE panel is compatible with standard PALS webbing and allows mounting on plate carriers, chest rigs and duty belts, with the option to reposition the pouch to suit operational requirements without tools. The Woodland colour scheme blends into forested environments and dense vegetation where visual signature reduction is an operational requirement.

Key Features

• Holds three M4/AR15 magazines on a single 24 cm wide panel, reducing the number of pouches needed on the load-bearing system.
• The open top removes all mechanical obstacles to extraction, cutting reload times compared to flap or press-stud solutions.
• MOLLE/PALS attachment is compatible with virtually all modular tactical systems on the market and allows tool-free repositioning.
• At 210 g, it adds negligible weight to the loadout even when multiple accessories are in use.
• Woodland colouring suits forested terrain and dense vegetation where reducing visual signature is operationally relevant.
