Dedicated MOLLE pouch for carrying the CAT tourniquet and compatible alternatives, designed for operators and shooters who carry a tourniquet as an integral part of their tactical immediate-care kit. The compact dimensions — 12 cm length, 5.5 cm width and 4 cm height — ensure a proper fit for standard CAT geometry without cluttering the panel or carrier it is mounted on.

Attachment is via a MOLLE/PALS interface, with the option to use paracord as a secondary or alternative anchor on non-MOLLE surfaces. The combination of both systems allows the pouch to be positioned on a variety of platforms, though paracord is not included and must be sourced separately. At 60 g, the pouch does not affect kit balance even when mounted laterally or frontally on a plate carrier or chest rig.

The polymer shell retains its shape when empty, allowing the tourniquet to be re-inserted one-handed without opening any retention device — a significant advantage during rapid reloading after use. The trade-off is that retention relies entirely on the internal geometry and material friction: on hard impacts or falls, a pouch with an active snap closure would offer a more positive hold. Those operating in high-tempo environments should consider whether the extraction speed justifies the reduced retention margin.
