Miltec Modular Rifle Case — Tan

The Miltec Modular is a soft case for long guns up to 105 cm, designed for transporting rifles, carbines and shotguns in shooting, hunting and professional contexts. Measuring 105x27x7 cm and weighing 2500 g empty, it sits firmly in the working-case category: structured enough to protect the firearm, yet compact enough to fit in a car boot or luggage compartment without taking up excessive space.

The main closure runs as a full-length zip along the body. Inside, Velcro straps secure the firearm and limit movement during transport. On the exterior, three MOLLE pockets — two large flat ones and an additional one — provide room for a spare optic, boxed ammunition, sighting accessories or a basic cleaning kit. This is where the typical trade-off of this format becomes apparent: the external MOLLE pockets are versatile and modular, but the overall profile stays slim — 7 cm thick — which limits how much can be added before the case becomes awkward to handle or stow in tight spaces.

The back panel features MOLLE webbing (PALS) and D-rings that allow the case to be attached to external carrying systems or secured to a vehicle rack. Hand carry is handled by an integrated handle. The material is 100% polyester in Desert Sand, a neutral colour that suits outdoor training environments without drawing attention.

Key features

• Fits long guns up to 105 cm: compatible with most fixed-stock carbines and broken-down hunting rifles.
• The slim 7 cm profile allows the case to be stowed in confined spaces such as car boots or pickup truck beds without sacrificing usable width.
• Three external MOLLE pockets allow accessories and support gear to be organised without opening the main compartment.
• MOLLE loops on the back panel and D-rings allow the case to be integrated into a wider carrying system or attached to external supports.
• Internal Velcro straps reduce firearm movement and protect finishes and mounted optics during transit.
