Miltec Assault II Backpack 36L — Green

The Miltec Assault II is a tactical backpack with a 36-litre capacity, designed for extended hikes, field operations and professional use. Measuring 51x30x28 cm and weighing just 1,650 g empty — barely more than a full 1.5-litre water bottle — it stays manageable even when loaded to the limit.

The body is made from 100% polyester with a PVC coating that repels surface moisture without adding unnecessary bulk. The 50 mm wide padded shoulder straps distribute the load evenly, reducing fatigue on long carries; the waist belt with Fastex quick-release buckle stabilises the centre of gravity and can be undone in a single movement when needed. The MOLLE system on the outer panel allows modular pouches to be attached without altering the base configuration, increasing available capacity without touching the interior.

The main compartment measures 49x28x13 cm and includes an internal organiser; a dedicated opening accommodates a hydration bladder, keeping hands free without compromising space for the rest of your kit. Two front pockets complete the layout. One trade-off to bear in mind: the two-main-compartment-plus-two-front-pocket structure offers good separation of gear, but anyone after a single large divider-free volume should consider a different option.
