The Viper Tactical Lightweight Softshell Jacket is a light four-way stretch shell — 91% nylon, 9% elastane — designed for airsoft and outdoor use where you need a protective layer that stays out of the way during movement and doesn't bulk up your pack. The extended rear hem keeps your lower back covered when you bend forward or drop into a shooting position.

The softshell fabric provides light wind resistance and handles surface moisture, but it is not waterproof: it manages variable conditions and light rain well, though in sustained precipitation a dedicated outer shell is the right call. Breathability is adequate for moderate output, helped by the elastane content and underarm gussets that vent heat during more dynamic phases without restricting movement. This is the trade-off inherent to this type of fabric: lighter and more packable than a hard-shell rain jacket, but with less durable water resistance.

Three zip pockets — one chest, two hand — are sized for essential kit and feature pulls designed to operate with gloves on. Cuffs adjust via hook-and-loop, securing the fabric without cinching, and the hem has an elastic drawcord with a stopper to seal out wind at the waist. The full-length front zip has a dual slider so you can open and close from the hem or the collar.
