The zip bag acts as a so-called oven in which the heating itself takes place. The advantage is that the zip bag can be used multiple times. You will also need Self-Heating Capsules for heating, you can choose between 2 sizes:

• 60g self-heating capsule: to heat 2 meals at the same time
• 30g self-heating capsule: to heat 1 meal
