The Delta Armory M4 SilentOps RIS 7" Charlie is an M4/AR15-style airsoft gun featuring a 178 mm (7") RIS rail that provides ample space for accessories on all four sides. With an overall length between 730 and 810 mm — adjustable via the collapsible stock — and a weight of 2,180 g, it is designed for players looking for a manoeuvrable tactical platform to use on CQB fields and medium-range milsim scenarios.

The propulsion system is a V2 QSC gearbox (Quick Spring Change) with a 14-tooth piston and 7 mm metal bearings: the metal spring guide ensures correct centring of the spring assembly, while the QSC system allows spring replacement without fully disassembling the gearbox. The stated muzzle velocity is 115 m/s, compatible with BBs from 0.25 g to 0.28 g — weights that compensate for drift compared to lighter BBs, particularly useful outdoors. The flash hider thread is 14 mm negative, a widely used standard for airsoft adapters, suppressors and tracer units.

The body and receiver are made from ABS, a material that reduces overall weight compared to metal but requires more care against direct mechanical impacts than an aluminium receiver.
