The VX Triple Rifle Mag Sleeve is a three-cell elastic pouch designed to carry three rifle magazines. Measuring 24x10 cm and weighing just 60 g, it attaches via velcro to any compatible loop surface on a plate carrier, chest rig or belt, with no MOLLE required.
The fully elastic construction is what defines this pouch: it conforms to the magazine's width without any adjustment, making it compatible with most rifle magazines on the market, from STANAG to wider formats. That flexibility comes with a trade-off: retention relies entirely on elastic tension rather than a mechanical retention device or a snap flap. Draw is fast and silent, and reloading under stress is straightforward, but passive security is lower than that of a rigid-closure pouch. This is a design choice that prioritises operational speed in scenarios where a magazine must be accessible in fractions of a second.
The velcro attachment allows the pouch to be repositioned quickly and without tools, adapting your loadout to the situation. The slim profile — 1 cm thick when empty — keeps lateral bulk to a minimum when the pouch is unloaded or when operating in confined spaces.
Key points
- Three elastic cells accommodate most rifle magazine formats without adjustment, removing the need for dedicated pouches for each size.
- The open-top elastic retention allows fast draw and reload, well suited to dynamic shooting and operational use where speed matters more than passive retention.
- Velcro attachment lets you move and reconfigure the pouch on any loop surface in seconds, without tools.
- At just 60 g and 1 cm thick when empty, it adds carrying capacity without adding noticeable weight or bulk to your setup.
