The Vector Optics Tactical Offset Weaver is an angled 45° adapter that allows a second optic or sighting device to be mounted offset from the weapon's primary axis, letting the shooter transition instantly from the primary to the auxiliary sight with a simple rotation of the rifle.
The 45° angle is the practical sweet spot between quick accessibility and minimal bulk: the secondary device stays clear of the primary sight picture during long-range shooting, yet comes on-axis with a natural wrist rotation and no change in grip. This setup is common in mixed configurations where a fixed high-magnification optic handles distant targets and a red dot covers close-range engagements, removing the need to switch weapons or waste time on adjustments.
The Weaver profile ensures compatibility with the vast majority of rails found on carbines, hunting rifles and tactical platforms, making the solution ready to use straight away with no additional adapters. The compact build keeps the weapon's centre of gravity as close as possible to the longitudinal axis, reducing perceived torque during handling.
