Vector Optics MOJ to VOD Low Footprint Adapter — Black

Aerospace-grade aluminium adapter that converts MOJ (RMR) footprint mounts to VOD (ACRO) footprint, allowing Frenzy VOD and Owlset red dot sights to be installed on bases originally designed for RMR-footprint optics. At just 5 mm tall and 44 mm long, it keeps the profile as low as possible without compromising structural integrity.

The body is CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminium alloy, the same grade used in aerospace applications: at the same weight — 41 grams for the pair — it offers higher tensile strength than lower-grade alloys, maintaining zero retention even under repeated recoil. The mating interface is engineered for a play-free lock-up, so the optic stays firmly on the mounting surface without needing to be re-zeroed after every session.

The ultra-low profile is not a cosmetic choice: it reduces the distance between the optical axis and the natural line of sight, speeding up target acquisition and making transitions smoother — a critical factor in dynamic shooting and tactical applications. The matte black finish eliminates unwanted reflections in any lighting condition.
