The cut follows the classic jeans silhouette, with belt loops accepting belts up to 50 mm wide, compatible with HTX EDC, UTL and Cobras systems.

The PolyCotton Stretch Ripstop fabric combines tear resistance with a stretch component: the result is a trouser that does not restrict movement during running, squatting or climbing into vehicles, while still maintaining the structure needed to support loaded pockets. The elasticated waistband with hook-and-loop closure allows fit to be adjusted without tools and compensates for variations in kit worn around the waist.

The pocket layout is designed to keep weight close to the centre of mass: the two front pockets with hook-and-loop closure are sized to hold a smartphone or an AR/AK magazine, while the zip side pockets maintain a flat external profile while offering enough volume for a wallet or flat pouch. The edges of the front and rear pockets are reinforced at friction points with clips and knives. The internal knee pockets are set up to accept low-profile protective pads, allowing protection to be adjusted to the situation without bulk when not needed: a practical trade-off compared to external knee pads, which offer greater protection but restrict movement and cannot be removed quickly.
