Pyramex Highlander Plus Anti-Fog Ballistic Eyewear — Black/Clear

The Highlander Plus are dual-lens protective glasses from Pyramex, designed for airsoft and sport shooting in dynamic conditions. The black frame with clear lens pairs with a wraparound profile that covers the eye socket from multiple angles, reducing exposed area compared to traditional flat-lens eyewear.

The polycarbonate lenses are certified to ANSI Z87.1+, MIL-PRF-32432 and EN 166: three distinct standards covering respectively the North American market for industrial and sport use, the US military standard for ballistic protection, and the European standard for personal eye protection devices. They filter 99% of UVA, UVB and UVC radiation. The anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings work in combination: the anti-scratch preserves the lens surface over time, while the anti-fog keeps the view clear during intense physical effort. It is worth noting that coatings of this type tend to degrade with aggressive cleaning or contact with solvents: proper cleaning with a microfibre cloth extends the life of the coating.

The internal foam gasket — certified flame-resistant — improves the seal against the face and blocks dust and fine particulate that could bypass the lenses at the sides. That same padded edge can, however, retain heat and sweat during intense activity: those operating in very hot environments will find the clear lens the more breathable option. The adjustable elastic strap allows the glasses to be worn directly on the face or over a helmet, maintaining stability during rapid movement.
