Viper Tactical Quick Release Mag Pouch

Single quick-release pouch for M16, M4 and AK magazines, measuring 17x8x3 cm. Mounts on any MOLLE/PALS platform and is designed for anyone who needs fast access to a spare magazine without wasting time.

Retention is handled by an elastic bungee with a hook-and-loop pull tab: this allows the magazine to be drawn and reinserted one-handed in a short time, with no rigid retention devices or press studs to release. The trade-off is that retention security is lower than a positive snap lock: the pouch works best in operational setups where speed of access matters more than absolute retention. Anyone conducting activities involving dynamic movement, running, or rough terrain should assess whether the retention level is adequate for their use case.

The modular webbing on the front face allows additional MOLLE-compatible accessories to be attached without taking up extra slots on a vest or belt. The 600D Cordura construction provides abrasion and moisture resistance under daily field use.
