The PTS Enhanced Rail Section (ERS) in M-LOK format with 5 slots is a 1913 rail section made from reinforced polymer, designed to add a Picatinny segment to an airsoft replica fitted with M-LOK attachments. At only 12 mm thick, it integrates without meaningfully raising the handguard profile, allowing you to mount lights, laser sights or other Picatinny-based accessories where previously only M-LOK slots were available.

The material is reinforced Dupont Zytel high-performance polymer, the same used by PTS across the EP line: light enough not to upset the replica's balance, yet rigid enough to resist flexing under accessory clamp pressure. It is worth noting that quality polymer handles static compressive loads well, but does not replace aluminium when it comes to absorbing repeated lateral impacts. For heavy accessories or those frequently swapped, the polymer version is the right choice when weight matters; for a permanent setup that never changes, a metal rail offers greater mechanical inertia.

The double-chamfered ends on both sides eliminate sharp edges that could snag clothing or cause discomfort when running a finger along the handguard. Compatible with all standard M-LOK systems, including PTS handguards and those from other manufacturers that meet the format specifications.
