The Helikon-Tex General Purpose Cargo is a versatile Cordura® cargo pouch designed to attach to MOLLE/PALS systems and Duty Belt rigs. Its compact footprint makes it equally suitable as a side pocket on a tactical pack, a hip pouch on a duty belt, or an expansion element on a plate carrier — keeping frequently accessed items off your main pack and within reach.

Inside, a hook-and-loop panel is compatible with the Versatile Inserting System (V.I.S.), allowing modular inserts — organizers, internal mag holders, lightweight medical kits — to be swapped in and out without altering the pouch itself. Internal elastic loops stabilize irregularly shaped or bulkier items and prevent them from shifting during movement, while a lanyard loop lets you tether anything you cannot afford to lose if the pouch opens accidentally. External PALS webbing on the front face keeps the option open to stack additional kit on top.

The main closure is a two-way zipper, accessible from either side — a practical advantage when working one-handed or with gloves on.
