The Helikon-Tex Outdoor Bottle is a wide-mouth 550 ml water bottle made from BPA-free Tritan™, designed for anyone who needs a reliable hydration vessel in the field, on the trail, or during extended training sessions where staying hydrated is non-negotiable.

Tritan™ is a high-strength copolyester that does not leach substances into the liquid and does not affect its taste, even after repeated use and washing cycles. It handles temperatures between −10 °C and +90 °C, making it suitable for cold environments — where dehydration risk is often underestimated — as well as light hot beverages. Compared to polypropylene or stainless steel, Tritan™ offers a clear set of trade-offs: it weighs less than steel and does not retain odours the way polypropylene does, but it is not suitable for direct boiling over a flame.

The wide-mouth opening makes filling from natural sources, streams, or irregular containers straightforward, and allows supplements or powders to be added without a funnel. The gasket integrated into the cap provides a reliable seal even when the bottle is carried horizontally inside a pocket or pack, with no need to double-check before closing your load.
