OLIGHT Osight X Collimator — Black

The Osight X is an open emitter red dot from OLIGHT with a 24 x 21.5 mm lens, designed for shooters mounting an optic on a milled-slide pistol who cannot compromise on smart charging in an operational setup. The RMSc footprint makes it directly compatible with the most common optics-ready pistols on the market.

The magnetic charging system is what sets the Osight X apart from conventional red dots: the magnetic cover integrates an 800 mAh battery and a real-time display showing the separate charge level of both the cover and the optic. The optic itself runs on a 170 mAh Li-Poly battery, which the cover can recharge up to three times before the cover itself needs USB-C power. The trade-off is the same as with any add-on cover system: it protects and extends runtime, but adds bulk and a moving part to manage. Those who prefer minimal bulk in service can remove the cover and run on the internal battery alone, accepting a reduced power reserve.

The reticle is selectable between a 3 MOA dot, a 32 MOA ring, or both superimposed: the 3 MOA dot is fine enough not to obscure the target at close range, while the 32 MOA ring speeds up target acquisition when the eye is not perfectly aligned. The parallax-free FMC lens offers 10 daytime brightness levels and 2 night-vision-compatible levels. Motion and ambient light sensors handle automatic wake-up and brightness adjustment, with a stated battery life of up to 57,000 hours at level 3 with the dot only active. Windage and elevation adjustments click at 1 MOA per click with ±35 MOA of travel on both axes. The body is aluminium with a hard-anodised finish.
