The NP XL Hard Case is a large rigid case designed for transporting and storing airsoft replicas. The hard shell protects the contents from impacts and compression during transport to the field or in storage.

The rigid structure is built to accommodate longer replicas — assault rifles, replicas with fixed stocks or mounted accessories — that would not fit in a soft bag. The Wave foam interior holds each component in place and reduces movement even on rough terrain, with no need to cut the usual pick-and-pluck foam: the wave profile adapts to different shapes without any modification. The trade-off is that the internal layout is less customisable than a modular insert: anyone with very specific arrangement requirements might prefer a flat foam that can be shaped to fit.
