The NOVRITSCH Harness 3.0 is a laser-cut nylon load-bearing harness designed for dynamic airsoft, built as a direct complement to the same manufacturer's Battle Belt 3.0/4.0. Standard strap attachments also allow it to be fitted to other belts with harness attachment provision.

The construction is 100% nylon with reinforced stitching and a laser-cut finish, which replaces sewn slots with cleaner edges that are more resistant to abrasion. The weight of the belt and equipment is distributed across the shoulders via padded shoulder straps, reducing lower back fatigue during extended sessions. Six adjustable straps allow the fit to be tailored to different body heights without modifying the system.

The rear MOLLE panel and rows of webbing on the shoulder straps allow tactical packs, hydration carriers and additional pouches to be mounted directly to the harness, keeping load off the belt.
