The 16x13x6 cm outer dimensions house a removable insert compatible with kits up to 15x10x5 cm — compact enough to stay out of the way while still holding the essential field supplies.

One-handed opening is the main operational advantage: in an in-game emergency, not needing both hands to access the pouch makes a real difference. That said, this type of closure — built for speed — offers less passive retention than a snap fastener or zip. On rough terrain or during dynamic movement, it is worth checking the insert periodically. Attachment is via plastic MOLLE clips through laser-cut slots on the back, with the option to mount vertically or horizontally on a belt, plate carrier, or drop-leg panel. MOLLE clips are not included and must be purchased separately.

A Velcro patch featuring the Novritsch black cross logo is stitched to the front. Remove the patch and a red cross laser-cut directly into the fabric is revealed underneath — a practical solution that lets you switch from a low-profile look to clear medic identification without any additional accessories. The pouch is hand-wash only; detergents are not recommended.
