The Night Evolution MPLS 3 is a compact three-LED helmet light with additional infrared output, designed for those running tactical gear in airsoft or nocturnal outdoor environments. Weighing 132 g and fitted with an adjustable metal arm, it delivers directed light without occupying the hands, staying securely mounted to the helmet in any shooting or movement position.

The three visible LED colours — white, red and green — address different needs: white provides maximum general illumination, red preserves night-adapted vision and is useful for reading a map or moving in low-light conditions, green offers a discreet tone for signalling or close-range use. The two infrared LEDs, independently switchable, are compatible with IR viewers and allow operation without emitting visible light; anyone without an IR viewer will not be able to use this mode, as it produces no perceptible effect to the naked eye. This is the expected trade-off with any IR source: maximum operational concealment at the cost of versatility for those working without image intensifiers.

The 45° adjustable arm lets you direct the beam without turning your head — a detail that matters when checking an area while keeping a sector covered. The light runs on 2 × CR2016 3 V batteries (not included), a format that is easy to source and carry as spares. Compatibility with ARC rail, MOLLE, RIS rail and MICH helmet is covered by the four mounting adapters included in the box, making it straightforward to integrate into an existing setup without additional purchases.
