The hybrid construction combines kangaroo leather on the palm and fingers with a stretch, breathable fabric back, resulting in a glove that weighs just 70 g and places no restriction on hand movement.

The choice of kangaroo leather is not aesthetic: at the same thickness it is significantly more abrasion-resistant than cowhide and provides superior tactile sensitivity — essential for feeling the trigger and operating weapon controls without removing the gloves. The palm holds the grip firmly even under effort or with sweaty hands, while the flexibility of the material does not compromise the hold on slim pistol grips or wooden fore-ends.

The nylon and elastane back ensures breathability during extended sessions and in warm weather, but the trade-off should be kept in mind: an open, breathable fabric offers less mechanical protection on the back of the hand than a full-leather glove. These gloves are designed to maximise sensitivity and comfort on the range and during hunting, not for applications requiring impact or heavy abrasion protection on the back of the hand.
