Helikon-Tex MOLLE Radio Pouch — Multicam

The Helikon-Tex MOLLE Radio Pouch is an adjustable-width and adjustable-height radio carrier designed for those who need their radio immediately at hand during field operations, training exercises, or extended outdoor activities. At 10x7x12 cm and just 61 g, it is compatible with most compact handheld radios in civilian and military use.

Retention is handled by an elastic bungee cord that wraps around the body of the radio. The open top allows the radio to be drawn and re-inserted one-handed, without releasing any latches or opening any closures. This is the trade-off worth understanding before buying: the system is fast and works well when the radio stays upright and the bungee is correctly tensioned for the specific width of the device, but it offers less retention than a hook-and-loop flap or a quick-release clip when working in inverted positions or under heavy physical exertion. The bungee does, however, leave the side buttons and volume control unobstructed, so the controls remain reachable without drawing the radio.
