Bolle Squale Ballistic Goggles — Clear

The Bolle Squale is a full-seal ballistic goggle designed for use in dusty, windy or debris-prone environments, and can be worn directly over prescription glasses. At 43 g, it stays comfortable even during extended sessions.

The clear lens is certified to EN 166, the European standard for personal eye protection: meeting this standard means the lens withstands impact, resists scratching thanks to an anti-scratch coating, and stays clear thanks to an anti-fog coating. The combination of those last two properties is the critical point in a closed-frame goggle: the wraparound shape offers better lateral particle protection than open-frame eyewear, but it also traps more air around the lens. The dual coating addresses exactly that trade-off, keeping the view clear even as body temperature rises.

Compatibility with prescription glasses is ensured by adjustable temples, which fit the goggle to different face shapes and create the clearance needed for the frame underneath without excessive pressure.
