Six soft TPU panels to protect your hand from the sharp edges of RIS/Picatinny rails: the pack includes covers in three different sizes — 178 mm, 78 mm and 47 mm — designed to fill the free sections of the handguard around already-mounted accessories, without having to remove anything.
TPU absorbs vibration better than rigid plastic and will not scratch surfaces on impact; it also gives under pressure, which makes the grip more stable even with winter gloves. The combined weight of all six panels is 30 g, negligible even for shooters optimising weapon balance at long range.
The trade-off to keep in mind: soft rubber covers install and remove without tools and fit any standard Picatinny rail, but precisely because of their flexibility they tend to shift slightly under a very aggressive grip compared to hard clip-on rail covers. For static forward grip positions they stay in place without issue; on handguards used as a dynamic support surface in close-quarters situations it is worth checking them periodically.
Key points
- Three sizes in one pack: the 178 mm, 78 mm and 47 mm sections let you fill gaps of different lengths on the same handguard without cutting or adapting anything.
- Soft TPU eliminates direct contact between your hand and the metal teeth of the rail, reducing fatigue during extended shooting sessions.
- Compatible with all standard Picatinny rails: can be installed around existing accessories without dismounting the handguard.
- Total weight of 30 g for six panels: the effect on weapon balance is practically zero.
- Tool-free installation and removal, useful in the field when quickly reconfiguring the handguard.
