The Viper Tactical Flexi Fit Baseball Cap is a polycotton ripstop cap with an elasticated fit system, designed for those who work or operate outdoors in changing conditions and cannot stop to adjust a strap. The crown conforms to the head without any mechanical adjustment, maintaining a consistent fit during movement.

Polycotton ripstop balances breathability and abrasion resistance better than a single-layer fabric: the polyester mesh rear panel promotes ventilation at the occipital area, where heat builds up most quickly during physical activity or under a lightweight helmet. This is not a water-resistant material and is not built for sustained rain — a deliberate choice in favour of airflow over water protection.

The front panel and crown integrate two velcro surfaces for attaching identification patches or unit insignia. The front velcro is standard-sized for the most common patches; the crown position is less conventional and useful when the front is already occupied or when a lower-profile look on the front is preferred.
