The Cygnus Armory FAST XP Premium is a full-scale replica of the FAST XP profile, designed for airsoft and training use. Weighing 1,650 g, the shell is made from UHMWPE (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) at 14 mm thickness, covers a protective area of at least 0.12 m², and fits head circumferences between 55 and 60 cm via the integrated OCC Dial system.

UHMWPE combines impact resistance with low weight more effectively than many traditional composites, which is why it is chosen for hard-use equipment. The 14 mm thickness provides solid energy absorption on impact — relevant in dynamic airsoft scenarios where falls and incidental contact with obstacles happen regularly.
