The ESS Crossbow are ballistic glasses built around the Tri-Tech Fit three-point contact frame, which conforms to any facial geometry and is designed for shooting, hunting, and extended professional use. The kit includes three interchangeable polycarbonate lenses, 2.4 mm thick, and a zippered hard case, so the user always has the right lens for the light conditions without carrying multiple pairs of glasses.

The clear lens is the neutral choice for indoor environments or low light, where no attenuation is needed; the smoke grey lens cuts glare in full sunlight without shifting colour perception, useful on an open range or during summer hunting; the yellow lens raises contrast and edge definition in overcast or diffuse light conditions, where dark lenses would only darken the view unnecessarily. All three lenses filter 100% of UVA and UVB radiation.

The ClearZone FlowCoat treatment is applied to the inner surface to slow fogging during physical exertion and to the outer surface for scratch resistance. The DedBolt Lens Lock system lets you swap lenses in a single motion, tool-free, while keeping the installed lens locked firmly in the frame during use. ESS Optics optics deliver distortion-free vision across the field of view — a detail that matters when aiming a weapon or quickly reading terrain. The product is certified to MIL-PRF-31013, ANSI Z87.1+, U.S. Federal OSHA, and CE EN 166.
