Kit of machine die-cut adhesive film skins designed to personalise and colour-match the ear cups of headsets mounted on tactical helmets. The Desert (DE) colour integrates with sand-tone kit and with the main camouflage patterns used in arid environments. Each pack includes four pairs of skins (left side and right side), enough to cover both ear cups on a single helmet.
The skins are compatible with Ops-Core FAST, Basejump, Crye Airframe and Highcut helmets that have the lateral cutout above the ear cup: without that opening the kit cannot be fitted correctly, and compatibility must be confirmed before purchase. On the headset side, the kit is designed for Liberator II and III BTH suspensions and can also be used with Z-Tactical Z039 and Z111 headsets.
Application is straightforward: the films are positioned dry onto the ear cups with no tools required. The advantage is fast installation and the ability to swap skins when worn or when changing colour configuration; the limitation is inherent in the adhesive nature of the material, which over time and with prolonged exposure to abrasion and sweat may need replacing.
