Wosport Fabric Tape Weapon Camouflage — Flecktarn

The Wosport Fabric Tape is a non-woven fabric tape designed to conceal and protect weapons, optics and equipment from any surface, suited to hunters, static-position shooters and operators working in European woodland environments. The Flecktarn pattern, developed for mixed deciduous forests, breaks up the weapon's profile with the olive green, brown and dark grey tones characteristic of continental undergrowth.

The tape is made from natural latex-treated non-woven fabric: it conforms to the surface on wrapping without leaving any adhesive residue when removed, unlike vinyl or traditional cloth tapes. The material can be cut with scissors or torn by hand into any shape and length, allowing coverage to be tailored to stock, barrel, optics and sling with no tools and no waste.

The trade-off to bear in mind is the one common to all fabric tapes: flexibility and tactile silence are superior to rigid tapes, but under prolonged heavy moisture conditions adhesion can decrease on smooth surfaces such as painted polymer. In very wet environments, slightly overlapping the wraps and reapplying at the end of each outing is advisable.
