The P-67G NATO is a pyrotechnic airsoft hand grenade made by PYROSOFT, designed for use in airsoft games, speedsoft and military reenactments. It meets the pyrotechnic classification Class P1 (EN 16263-3) and is sold exclusively to adults. The G variant — the one covered in this listing — is filled with peas and paraffin wax: on detonation the peas are physically projected outward, striking players in the impact area and adding a genuine kinetic effect to the acoustic blast.
The safety mechanism mirrors that of real training grenades: the side lever is held in place by the fingers of the throwing hand while the index finger pulls the safety ring. As long as the lever is pressed against the body of the grenade, the primer cannot fire — the grenade can be held as long as needed before throwing. Once the lever is released, the striker spring engages with a distinct audible click and detonation follows after 4–5 seconds. This behaviour accurately replicates the operating sequence of a real grenade, making it useful for training in safe grenade handling as well.
IP66 resistance ensures full functionality in rain and brief water immersion, which matters on outdoor fields with wet ground or water crossings. Bear in mind that this is a single-use pyrotechnic device: once thrown and detonated it cannot be reused. Use is permitted only in areas designated as suitable for airsoft pyrotechnics and free from ignition risk. Wearing appropriate protection — glasses and gloves — is mandatory when handling the device.
Key points
- The kinetic effect of the peas and paraffin wax physically strikes players in the impact area, adding tactical realism beyond what acoustic-only grenades provide.
- The lever-and-ring mechanism replicates the real safety sequence, useful for building familiarity with grenade handling before the throw.
- The IP66 rating keeps the primer reliable in adverse weather without special storage precautions in the field.
- Compliance with Class P1 (EN 16263-3) defines the conditions of use and sales requirements: adults only, authorised areas only.
- The 4–5 second delay from lever release allows time to assess the throwing position without rushing, provided the unsecured grenade is not held for too long.
