It weighs 185 g empty and attaches via the MOLLE system to a 3x3 grid, with a hook-and-loop rip-off base that allows the entire pouch to be removed without having to undo any fastener.

The combined system — permanent MOLLE attachment to the grid and a rip-off Velcro base — addresses a specific trade-off: the pouch stays firmly in place during movement, but can be handed off as a whole to a medic or drawn with one hand when time is critical. Anyone providing or receiving assistance does not need to know where individual items are stored: they take the whole pouch and work immediately.

The material is CORUND 500D, a technical fabric that combines abrasion resistance with weight efficiency. The Multicam Tropic colour is optimised for environments with dense vegetation and filtered light, where the standard Multicam pattern is less effective. The pouch is supplied empty: the medical contents are chosen by the operator, so the loadout reflects actual needs and protocols in use.

Key features

The rip-off release allows the entire pouch to be passed to a medic without interrupting your own actions

MOLLE attachment on a 3x3 grid ensures a stable position during movement and compatibility with plate carriers, chest rigs and MOLLE belts

CORUND 500D fabric offers abrasion resistance while keeping weight down to 185 g

Multicam Tropic blends into tropical vegetation and dense forest canopy better than neutral-base camouflage patterns

Supplied empty: the operator selects and arranges their own medical kit according to their protocols

In the box

SATAC Rip-off IFAK MOLLE Pouch in Multicam Tropic
