The double-column MOLLE attachment across 3 rows makes it compatible with any plate carrier, chest rig or battle belt featuring a standard PALS interface.

The open top with elastic retention is where this pouch makes its case: it allows the magazine to be inserted and drawn with one hand in minimal time, with no flaps to open or buttons to press. The trade-off is straightforward — a positive retention system holds the magazine more securely during dynamic movement or climbing, whereas this design prioritises reload speed. For those operating from relatively stable positions or who prefer fast access to a spare magazine, the choice is consistent.

CORUND 500D material provides good abrasion resistance while keeping overall weight low. The Multicam Tropic colourway is optimised for dense, humid vegetation environments, where saturated greens dominate over the sandy tones of standard Multicam.

Key features

Wide compatibility: fits magazines from 5.56 mm (M4, MK18, M16, SCAR-L, Tavor) up to 7.62 mm (AKM), removing the need to buy separate pouches for different platforms.

MOLLE attachment 2 columns × 3 rows: mounts securely on any PALS system without additional adaptors.

Open top with elastic: faster draw and re-index compared to covered solutions, in exchange for passive rather than active retention.

Weight 80 g, compact dimensions (11x8x2 cm): adds capacity without burdening the overall loadout.

CORUND 500D fabric: greater wear resistance than standard Cordura at the same thickness.

In the box

1 × SATAC Open MOLLE M4 / AK magazine pouch in Multicam Tropic
